WELCOME BACK

Google just shipped a desktop app that lets you run multiple AI agents simultaneously — one writing code, another building brand assets, at the same time. Today: the tool, how it works, and the exact workflow to steal.

FROM THE FRONTIER

- The Agent Stack Nobody Explained Properly

Google I/O wasn't a model launch. It was a power grab.

Every headline this week was "Gemini 3.5 Flash is here." Wrong framing. The real story is Antigravity 2.0 — a desktop platform where you orchestrate multiple agents running in parallel. Not one AI doing tasks sequentially. Many AI doing different tasks at the same time. That's a different class of tool.

Here's what nobody is saying out loud.

The gap between people who understand agent orchestration and people who don't is about to become the new skills gap. Antigravity 2.0 lets you have one agent write code for a website while another generates branding assets — simultaneously. That used to require a DevOps team. Now it's a desktop app.

The open question: who controls the agents?

Gemini Spark, the 24/7 personal AI agent built on Antigravity, works in the background on your phone or laptop even while they're turned off. That's powerful. It's also the part nobody has stress-tested yet. Background agents acting on your behalf, unsupervised. The autonomy is the feature. The autonomy is also the risk nobody's talking about yet.

Deep Dive - Step,step…step

How to run parallel AI agents with Google Antigravity 2.0

  • Download Antigravity 2.0 desktop app (available now at antigravity.google)

  • Open a new session → click "Add Agent" to spawn your first agent

  • Agent 1 — paste this prompt: "You are a content agent. Write a 300-word newsletter section about [topic]. Output only the final copy, no commentary."

  • Click "Add Agent" again → spawn Agent 2 simultaneously

  • Agent 2 — paste this prompt: "You are a research agent. Find 3 recent news items about [topic] published in the last 7 days. Return: headline, 1-sentence summary, source URL."

  • Hit Run All — both agents execute at the same time

  • Result: Within 60 seconds, you have a researched + written newsletter section — zero back-and-forth.

...prompt it

The Parallel Briefing Prompt "You are running as a research agent. Your task: scan for [topic] news from the last 7 days. Return exactly 3 items. Format each as: [Headline] | [1-sentence summary] | [Source]. Do not add commentary, preamble, or sign-off."

Use this as Agent 1 in Antigravity. Pair it with a writing agent. Your newsletter research goes from 40 minutes to 4.
